I like to Take Productive Actions for Positive Outcomes.  When I have experienced periods of physical suffering from injuries, illness and accidents I had to make a choice on how I wanted to live day by day.  I have put together various interactive workshops to take the audience through an uplifting experience about what I learned when the unexpected happened and some nuggets about how I found ways to stay positive.  Optimism changes how you can approach the day to day and win.
